On March 29, 2008 will be the fifth annual Mokomoko Invitational this will include karate kata, kumite, continuous sparring, ju jitsu kata, sport ju jitsu, grappling, self defense, knife fighting and stick fighting. Also included this year is an East Coast vs. West Coast sport ju jitsu team competition. Sensei Hans Ingebretsen has graciously allowed The MMA Zone access to the competitors, results, and video of this tournament. So stay tuned we will have the full story.
