In the last post in our series on MMA Beginner Series: Inspiring Your Inner Fighter we covered how to get that inner fighter to come to the
surface. In this post we will cover some actual workout routines.
Regardless of what exercises you are performing, you will need to see them as a round of MMA fighting rather than simply a few sets of a certain number of reps. To begin with, do these reps for 30 seconds. This will help to boost your endurance, so much so that you should be able to doing each round for 5 minutes in the future. This method will really increase the fat burning process and provide you with the great fat burning results seen after your workouts. In the next post in our “MMA Beginner” series we will cover how to determine your weakest links.
**As always make sure you have the latest and safest MMA gear for your protection.
