Shari Spencer has lost the representation rights of her second mixed martial artist this month. The one time manager of UFC Welterweight kingpin Georges St. Pierre, Spencer has also lost the contract with UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar.
According to various reports, the split has been described as “amicable.” Edgar first signed with Spencer in 2009. She started this year managing two of the five UFC champions. However, both have since severed their ties with her.
The Spencer Firm was credited with helping St. Pierre become a mainstream figure with endorsement deals with companies such as Gatorade and Under Armour.
