There is nothing more important when it comes to MMA Gloves then getting the right size, but if you can’t visit a MMA gear store it can be hard.  If you can’t just go into a store and try on MMA gloves it is hard to determine which size you need.  So, we wanted to put together an easy system to find the right size of gloves you need. and show you how to do it. One important thing to remember is that you need to measure around the knuckle area of the hand and then compare these numbers to the MMA gloves size chart(See Below).

Just in case you don’t have a measuring tape you can do the same thing by grabbing a piece of string and using it to wrap it around the knuckle portion of your hand to measure the width.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan on wearing handwraps or tape make sure you go up one size or take the measurements with these on your hand. If you are borderline between 2 sizes, make sure you use the larger of the two sizes.
