The Ultimate Fighter is a popular reality based television show in which gives professional fighters the opportunitiy to compete for a contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The show is entering its 13th season and filming has begun in Las Vegas, Nevada. However, fight fans may get to see this show expand to other countries very soon.
UFC President Dana White has announced that the Ultimate Fighter series will soon be expanding to other countries around the world.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship has announced the two coaches who will lead the 13th season of the hit reality show, The Ultimate Fighter. This season the two teams will be coached by current number one contender to the UFC Heavyweight title Junior dos Santos and the former champion, Brock Lesnar.
During a media conference call, UFC President Dana White, announced that these two competitors have both agreed to take part in the series. Once the series is over, the competitors will meet in a fight to see which guy will face Cain Velasquez for the UFC title. It was recently confirmed that Velasquez has suffered a torn rotator cuff during his fight against Lesnar this past October. Velasquez is expected to be out for six to eight months.

In a conversation with MMAfighting.com UFC President, Dana White, discussed the possible coaches for the 13th season of The Ultimate Fighter, which is set to begin taping at the beginning of the year. He stated that a decision has not been made at this time, however some names have been thrown around.
Potential names for the coaches of the next season included MMA icon Wanderlei Silva coaching against the brash talking Chael Sonnen. However, the UFC may be hesitant to place the limelight on Sonnen with the recent allegations and hearings surrounding his usage of testosterone. Sonnen has to serve a six month suspension which would make him eligible to fight sometime in March of 2011.

The twelfth season of the Ultimate Fighter has seen its fair share of dramatic events and exciting fights. Episode nine further set the table by hosting two of the four quarterfinal fights. As the season nears a close these fighters continue to push their selves and become the next Ultimate Fighter.
Episode nine began back at the TUF house where friends and training partners Sevak Magakian and Sako Chivitchian were discussing Sako’s upcoming fight against Jonathan Brookins. Brookins defeated Sevak to knock him from the competition so that places an extra boost of motivation for Sako. Brookins knows this and expects Sako to come more prepared and be a big challenge in their upcoming fight.

The Ultimate Fighter: Team GSP versus Team Koscheck has entered the Wild Card phase during the seventh episode. Marc Stevens and Aaron Wilkinson where chosen to face off against one another for a chance to fight back for the right to become a UFC lightweight competitor.
This week’s show opens up with Dane Sayers and the rest of Team GSP stating their feelings on the Wild Card selection. Many individuals felt that Sayers put up a great fight in his lost to Sake, however he was still not chosen. UFC President Dana White even weighed in with his feelings stating that he believes Stevens is the better fighter at this time.
