These focus punching mitts are compact and measure only 8" in length however, they pack a punch in abilities. These focus mitts utilize a cutting cutting edge gel technology and are constructed with an internal 1/4 inch thick layer of gel. This gel provides you with a huge amount of shock absorption. These mitts are made with learther along with suede on the inside to add to the comfort of your hand. The concave stricking area provides a naturally made sweet sport. Don't be fooled this mitt is small in size but big on performance.

Price Value Quality I love these mitts during my training. They are smaller then regular focus mitts so it requires a lot more focus. Regular focus mitts are easy for me to hit but these are a little tougher to hit directly in the center which makes you work even harder. Good mitts and I like the customer service here.
